If you have not received a confirmation email with an order number, please check and see if you have provided the correct email address or your order was not processed through our system.

Unfortunately we are unable to alter an order after it has been placed and confirmed so please make sure all entered information is accurate before ordering! 

You have up to 10 minutes to cancel your order from the time your order is completed. Please contact us at hi@toyula.com and clearly provide your name, email address and order number. If you cancel your order, it may take up to 10 days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.

If you have ordered multiple products they may not all arrive at the same time. So it may be that some arrive earlier than others. But be patient they will all get to you. If you you have any concerns please do contact us

All discounts can only be applied during the checkout process. If the code has not expired yet it can still be used.
