HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
All orders process within 2-7 business days. If you do not get an order confirmation email immediately after you order, please email hi@toyula.com and we can re-send you a fresh copy or figure out what happened.
Please don't panic. Seriously. We are easy going and easy to talk and take you seriously and with you every step of the way.
On all orders, please allow 15-45 days for delivery. We know it takes some patience but we can assure you its worth the wait! Many of our products are sourced and shipped directly from overseas warehouses and as a result the delivery times might be a bit longer than you're used to.
This is also the reason why we are able to offer such incredible pricing and free shipping on every order.
If you would like to cancel your order you must cancel BEFORE we ship your items.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Of course you can but please cancel your order within 24 hours of the purchase date. We can't accept cancellations after that because the order has subsequently been processed and shipped already.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We are 100% sure you will love our stuff and what you bought but if for what ever reason you feel that the product is not satisfactory or has been damaged we offer a 30 day money back guaranty.
